Singer and Actor Pulled Over in Sag Harbor

Justin Timberlake was arraigned on one count of driving while intoxicated and released from police custody in New York according to his attorney. He was pulled over in the early hours of Tuesday morning in the posh Hamptons village of Sag Harbor. Timberlake allegedly failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody. His attorney said the singer had just one martini before he was pulled over.

Timberlake is scheduled to appear in court on July 3. He has not yet commented on the incident. If convicted, he faces a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. He could also lose his driver's license for up to six months.
